Account Rules & Eligibility

By registering with 33bmq, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and meet all legal requirements in Bangladesh to participate in online gaming. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Each person is entitled to one active account on 33bmq. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or using false identity details is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. 33bmq reserves the right to verify player identity at any time, including before processing withdrawals.

Account Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued ID—such as National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence—plus supporting address documentation. Review typically takes up to 6 hours. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

33bmq accepts deposits through multiple payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are processed instantly and are non-refundable except where legally required. The minimum deposit amount is ৳150; no maximum limit applies per transaction.

Deposit Processing

Funds typically appear in your account within 2 minutes of successful payment confirmation. If a deposit does not appear after 15 minutes, contact 33bmq support immediately with your transaction receipt. Duplicate transactions are rare but can occur due to network issues; support will investigate and return any overages within 24 hours.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed only after account verification is complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,200. Daily withdrawal limits apply: Classic members may withdraw up to ৳160,000 per day; higher VIP tiers receive increased limits up to ৳3,600,000 for Infinity members. Withdrawals are processed within 26 minutes on average during 24/7 service hours.

Withdrawal funds return to the payment method used for deposit. For bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions, funds reach your account instantly. No withdrawal fees are charged by 33bmq; your payment provider may apply standard transaction fees.

Bonus Terms

The 33bmq Welcome Bonus provides 115% match on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳7,000. This bonus is credited automatically upon deposit and is subject to a 7x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering must be completed within 7 days of bonus receipt; any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited after this period.

Bonus Restrictions

• Bonus applies to Cricket, Slots, Fishing, and Live Casino games only
• Live betting and certain Lottery games do not contribute to wagering
• Maximum single bet while wagering bonus funds is ৳500
• Bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash; only wagered earnings can be cashed out
• Multiple bonus claims within 7 days are not permitted

Reload bonuses of 10% are available on select days for depositing members. Referral bonuses of ৳500 are credited when a referred player completes their first ৳150 deposit. All bonus terms are subject to change with notice.

Account Suspension & Closure

33bmq may suspend or close your account if you: violate these terms, provide false information, use prohibited betting strategies, engage in fraud or collusion, access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction, or breach responsible gaming commitments. Suspension may be temporary (pending investigation) or permanent.

Upon permanent closure, any remaining account balance is frozen for 60 days to allow dispute resolution. After 60 days, unclaimed funds are forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; players wishing to return must apply for a new account, which 33bmq may decline at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

33bmq operates the platform "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted service, accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or compatibility with all devices. While we employ industry-standard encryption and security measures, no online system is 100% secure. 33bmq is not liable for losses arising from system downtime, unauthorized access due to player negligence, or errors in payment processing unless directly caused by our gross negligence.
